Broadband in India is catching up lately and there are a number of isp's which provide internet connections through out the nation which include Bsnl broadband, Mtnl broadband, Airtel broadband, Reliance broadband, Tata indicom and many others. India will see its first wimax rollout in the year 2007-2008 which atleast 5 companies planning to roll out thier commercial internet services which would provide a capability of un interupted connection while travelling within the cities and on trains on some of the important national routes.
