Need for Insurance: Life is full of risks, uncertainties, insecurity and apprehensions. You can be the smartest human being on planet earth and the most efficient planner and manager but still you cannot stop the inevitable death or business losses to happen. Gone are the days when people used to live in a make believe world. Today we all know that destiny rules but then it doesn’t mean you stop living. Right now we just need to understand the importance of insurance in our day to day lives to enjoy a sense of peace and protection. Insurance is about hedging your risks against uncertainty and unforeseen circumstances as it’s the most reliable way to plan for your future.

Insurance covers various risks and uncertainties and offers benefits to you and your dependents. For example, when you go for life insurance you expect the benefits provide food and shelter to your children and other dependents. It’s better than any other investment or saving instrument as it gives full protection against risk of death. It is also useful as it offers tax relief.

Insurance is a necessity if you are buying a car, house, laptop, bike, etc. It becomes very important to make sure that your possessions are adequately insured before you move. There are other insurances like health insurance wherein policy holder pays the premium and in case he is ill the insurance company pays for the medical bills and the cost of his medical treatment. Same way there is Auto Insurance and Car Insurance. In case of accident the insurance company pays for the damage. It also covers lawsuits if any because of the accident.

Nowadays insurance is done for almost everything as people have realized that’s its better to be safe than being “penny wise and pound foolish”.
